Hiking

So, I went to hike last wednesday.

It's another hiking trip which was

pretty easy for me. Cuz, the crew are kinda

slow. Newbie, I guess.



Then I get to record down something

when we reached the "top". Then Edmund

was giving tutorial to other crews and

taught them the way of using the apparatus.



There is an apparatus which he said or don't

know who ever said it can help to prevent breast cancer.

Believe it or not, it's up to you.

So, now is the video which edboy gave some

"tutorial" for the way of using the apparatus.
